One-off sessions whenever you need them.

Includes pre-planned custom session with workout and nutritional advice.

Personal Training – Package 2 

6 Session Package

Includes a complete workout program that you can do in the gym and/or at home tailored to suit your individual goals and lifestyle, plus nutritional advice.


Personal Training – Package 3

10 Session Package

Personal one-to-one training sessions and a complete tailor-made program that will be reviewed every 2-weeks. As well as your bi-weekly check-ins (this is a one-to-one weekly catch up to make sure you’re staying on track) I will also design a nutritional guidance plan which will take into consideration your current eating habits and be designed to you suit you and help you achieve your goals.
